Thank you to those who were able to attend Safeguard Scientifics’ Investor Day 2010 either in person or via webcast.
For those of you were unable to participate yesterday, here is a brief recap.
Following Peter J. Boni and Stephen T. Zarrilli’s corporate and financial overview about Safeguard, Kevin L. Kemmerer provided attendees with a brief analysis and overview about the technology sector and Safeguard’s technology partner companies. This was followed by presentations from:
- David Langsam, President and CEO of AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions,
- Joe Zawadzki, CEO of MediaMath, and
- Jeff Bennett, CEO of Swap.com.
James A. Datin then shared his insights about the external healthcare environment as well as brief summaries about Safeguard’s life science partner companies, which was followed by presentations from:
- Kevin Rakin, Chairman and CEO of Advanced BioHealing,
- Jerry McLaughlin, VP Commercial Operations at NuPathe (Nasdaq: PATH), and
- Don Hardison, President and CEO of Good Start Genetics.
