Rabbit Software Corporation, a Safeguard Scientifics’ partner company, completed its rights offering to Safeguard shareholders in December 1986, and by that March was trading at level more than double its initial price.

Rabbit Software, a provider of products for micro and mainframe computers, joined Safeguard Scientifics as a partner company in November 1985.
